Link-Up Case Worker ~ Rick Jones: In early 2010 I started at CASG&FAC as a Link-Up Case Worker. The work is interesting, rewarding and I am lucky to be working with a great team of motivated individuals. There is a lot of travel involved and the reunion events are particularly rewarding to be a part of.

Personal Support Worker ~ Tori Markos:  Hello my name is Victoria but everyone calls me Tori. After years of working as a counsellor and as an Indigenous mentor in the Pilbara, and previously in Alice Springs, I came to work for CASG&FAC to contribute to the Stolen Generations as pro- actively as I could. As a unique group of Indigenous Australians I am privileged to be able to offer personal support to you in the form of community liaison, personal listening, social needs and representation; in any aspect of life where you would appreciate confidential assistance. I look forward to knowing you all when our Support Group commences.

Description

Project Officer ~ Derek Ah Chee-McInnes: I am a local Aboriginal youngfella from Alice Springs and am from the Arrente & Pitjantjatjara tribes of Central Australia. I commenced employment as the Receptionist in mid April 2010 and since March 2011 moved over to the role of Link-Up Administration Assistant and have now been promoted to undertake the role of the CASG&FAC Project Officer. I have always wanted to work with the CASG&FAC organisation since the reunion of my Ah Chee & Gibbs families in 2006 which was a great success. My current role is to provide administrative support to the Manager and Board where needed as well as the Link-Up program. I find my current work status very interesting and am very glad to be working with such a great supportive team. I was involved in the St Mary's Reunion and it was my first experience in this field. I have since participated in many other community events and reunions. I look forward to working with you all...
